N540CM c/n 014 from May 1990 - January 1991 then went to N300MT and then written off in March 1992 |

Looks like it diverted to BOJ after it changed code to 7700 over Bulgaria.
Original ETA MAN was 05:20 (TCX2539), MAN arrivals currently (13:45 Local) showing "Next information at 13:30".

Yes, in the US, an aircraft's registration number can be re-issued (so there can be many different aircraft that have been registered as "N123AB" - although not simultaneously).
